Russia says its coronavirus vaccine is ready for use, but international community is skeptical

Russia on Tuesday became the first country to officially register a coronavirus vaccine and declare it ready for use, despite international skepticism from the scientific community. President Vladimir Putin said one of his daughters has already been inoculated.
