Jonathan Ross, Alan Carr and Cat Burns in The Celebrity TraitorsCelebrity Traitors stars Alan Carr and Jonathan Ross have admitted they may have got a little carried away while carrying out one of the “murders” on the show.During his time as a “Traitor”, Alan was responsible for the in-plain-sight “murders” of both Paloma Faith and Celia Imrie, but it was during the face-to-face elimination of Lucy Beaumont that he and Jonathan really stuck the boot in.As you might recall during the most recent series of the regular show, “Traitor” Linda delivered a brutal blow of “get over it” to “Faithful” Fozia after delivering a face-to-face “murder”, and it seems that when Alan, Jonathan and Cat Burns had to do the same to Lucy, they tried out some similar barbs.Recalling Lucy’s exit during an interview on Jonathan’s podcast Reel Talk, Alan claimed that producers “cut out” a part where he warned his fellow comedian not to “mess with us”.“After leaving Lucy that night, that’s when I felt the worst,” Jonathan agreed. “I kind of thought that was going to be OK, because it was face-to-face, and so I was grinning like an idiot, like, ‘ha! It’s us!’.”As Alan commented that Lucy told the trio of “Traitors” they’d “really let her down”, Jonathan continued: “I said, ‘well, we’re doing better than you’, and she went, ‘why?’, and I went, ‘you’re dead!
