Olivia Colman and Phoebe Waller-Bridge are among the leading British nominees at the upcoming Golden Globes.Unlike most awards shows, the Globes recognise the best offerings from both film and TV, and the full list of nominations were released on Monday morning. While Netflix offering Marriage Story is the most-recognised film, with six nominations, the third series of The Crown is joint top in the TV stakes with four nominations, alongside Chernobyl and Unbelievable. The Crown s leading lady Olivia Colman is up For Best Actress In A Drama, with co-stars Tobias Menzies and Helena Bonham Carter also up for awards.Fleabag has received three nominations, including Best Actress In A Musical Or Comedy for Phoebe Waller-Bridge, while The Irishman and Once Upon A Time In Hollywood have also done well for themselves in the film categories, with five each. It s probably worth noting that the much-discussed final series of Game Of Thrones has just one nomination for Kit Harington, while fellow Brits Taron Egerton and Andrew Scott have also been recognised for their work in Rocketman and Fleabag.Grab yourself a cup of tea and scroll through the full list of nominations below Best Film Drama1917The IrishmanJokerMarriage StoryThe Two PopesBest Actress In A Film - DramaCynthia Eviro (Harriet)Scarlett Johanssan (Marriage Story)Saoirse Ronan (Little Women)Charlize Ther n (Bombshell)Ren e Zellweger (Judy)Best Actor In A Film DramaChristian Bale (Le Mans 66)Antonio Banderas (Pain And Glory)Adam Driver (Marriage Story)Joaquin Phoenix (Joker)Jonathan Pryce (The Two Popes)Best Film Musical Or ComedyDolemite Is My NameJojo RabbitKnives OutOnce Upon A Time In HollywoodRocketmanBest Actress In A Film Musical Or ComedyAna De Armas (Knives Out)Awkwafina (The Farewell)Cate Blanchett (Where d You Go Bernadette)Beanie Feldstein (Booksmart)Emma Thompson (Late Night)Best Actor In A Film Musical Or ComedyDaniel Craig (Knives Out)Roman Griffin Davis (Jojo Rabbit)Leonardo DiCaprio (Once Upon A Time In Hollywood)Taron Egerton (Rocketman)Eddie Murphy (Dolemite Is My Name)Best Animated FilmFrozen 2How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden WorldThe Lion KingMissing LinkToy Story 4Best Foreign Language FilmThe FarewellLes Mis rablesParasitePortrait Of A Lady On FireBest Supporting Actress In A FilmKathy Bates (Richard Jewel)Annette Bening (The Report)Laura Dern (Marriage Story)Jennifer Lopez (Hustlers)Margot Robbie (Bombshell)Best Supporting Actor In A FilmTom Hanks (A Beautiful Day In The Neighbourhood)Anthony Hopkins (The Two Popes)Al Pacino (The Irishman)Joe Pesci (The Irishman)Brad Pitt (Once Upon A Time In Hollywood)Best DirectorBong Joon Ho (Parasite)Sam Mendes (1917)Todd Phillips (Joker)Martin Scorsese (The Irishman)Quentin Tarantino (Once Upon A Time In Hollywood)Best TV DramaBig Little LiesThe CrownKilling EveThe Morning ShowSuccessionBest Actress In A TV DramaJennifer AnistonOlivia ColmanJodie ComerNicole KidmanReese WitherspoonBest Actor In A TV DramaBrian Cox (Succession)Kit Harington (Game Of Thrones)Rami Malek (Mr Robot)Tobias Menzies (The Crown)Billy Porter (Pose)Best TV Series (Musical Or Comedy)BarrFleabagThe Kominsky MethodThe Marvelous Mrs MaiselThe PoliticianBest Actress In A TV Musical Or ComedyChristina Applegate (Dead To Me)Rachel Brosnahan (The Marvelous Mrs Maisel)Kirsten Dunst (On Becoming A God In Central Florida)Natasha Lyonne (Russian Doll)Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag)Best Actor In A TV Musical Or ComedyMichael Douglas (The Kominsky Method)Bill Hader (Barry)Ben Platt (The Politician)Paul Rudd (Living With Yourself)Ramy Youseff (Ramy)Best Limited Series/TV MovieCatch-22ChernobylFosse/VerdonThe Loudest VoiceUnbelievableBest Actress In A Limited Series/TV MovieKaitlyn Dever (Unbelievable)Joey King (The Act)Helen Mirren (Catherine The Great)Merritt Wever (Unbelievable)Michelle Williams (Fosse/Verdon)Best Actor In A Limited Series/TV MovieChristopher Abbott (Catch-22)Sacha Baron Cohen (The Spy)Russell Crowe (The Loudest Voice)Jared Harris (Chernobyl)Sam Rockwell (Fosse/Verdon)Best Supporting Actress (TV)Patricia Arquette (The Act)Helena Bonham Carter (The Crown)Toni Colette (Unbelievable)Meryl Streep (Big Little Lies)Emily Watson (Chernobyl) Best Supporting Actor (TV)Alan Arkin (The Komisnky Method)Kieran Culkin (Succession)Andrew Scott (Fleabag)Stellan Skarsgard (Cherynobyl)Henry Winkler (Barry)Ricky Gervais will host the next Golden Globes, which will air on Sunday 5 January in the US.READ MORE...
