Soap And Glory 24-Day 2025 Advent Calendar Review: Is It Worth The Money?

The writer trying the advent calendar s sheet masks on the left: the advent calendar on the rightWe hope you love the products we recommend! All of them were independently selected by our editors. Just so you know, HuffPost UK may collect a share of sales or other compensation from the links on this page if you decide to shop from them. Oh, and FYI — prices are accurate and items in stock as of time of publication. As a beauty lover, marathon showerer, and bath worshipper, I knew that the Soap Glory House of Glory 24-day advent calendar for 2025 was going to be right up my street. Towering and full to the brim with body butters, sheet masks, rollerball perfumes, face lotions, plenty of body washes (more on that later), and lots more, reviewing it has been an absolute treat. Now, before you start with me, I know it’s only October. I know most of us haven’t put the heating on yet, and I know the clocks haven’t even gone back. But the fact remains that, at the time of writing, it’s way less than 100 days until Christmas – 77, to be exact. So I don’t want to hear any naysaying from you just because you don’t want to accept the passage of time. Now that’s out of the way, I’ll begin by saying that I love a body wash as much as the next person. The ones behind these pink doors smell sensational, and you best believe I’m going to be trying them out in the bath to see if they make for decent bubbles. But four body washes and a body polish (which I do actually quite like) is definitely enough. They’re also pretty small bottles, which I understand is sort of necessary when you’re talking about hiding them behind advent-calendar-sized doors. But these mini body washes also stand out as being among the more wasteful options when you think about the level of plastic vs how long they’ll last. You could easily swap a couple of them out in favour of including some Soap and Glory makeup bits, of which there are plenty of full-sized, and presumably longer-lasting, advent-calendar-friendly options to choose from. There was also a lid or two, like that on the Hand Food hand cream, that won’t shut firmly enough for me to trust it in my handbag, which is where I personally love to keep my hand lotions, so dry hands never plague me while I’m out and about. But with that being said, the pros of this advent calendar vastly outweigh the cons. I absolutely love all the Berry and Bright-scented bits, like the body butter and body wash, the latter of which fills the whole bathroom with its delicious smell long after I’ve showered. I’m a huge fan of the fact that the sheet masks are biodegradable, and I’m looking forward to using the Puffy Eye Attack Under-Eye Brightening Hydrogel Patches and the Pout About It Hydrogel Lip Mask before my next big night out.I’m also excited to treat myself to a long soak in the tub with the bath bomb and the candle, and the Roll on the Glory rollerball fragrance is going straight into my purse for use on the go. At £48, even though the products within are worth £92, it’s an absolute steal. If you’re looking to treat the beauty fan in your life to a good pamper this holiday season, the Soap Glory House of Glory 2025 Advent Calendar should more than do the trick.Related...4 Of The Best Road Trips To Take On Your European Holiday11 M S Autumn Buys That Look Designer But Cost Under £90In Praise Of M S Jeans: 9 Of The Best Pairs To Shop This Autumn
